Casa Rural Tío Vítor is located in Sinovas, within a privileged area of the Ribera del Duero. In fact, Sinovas is a municipality belonging to Aranda de Duero and the city center is just 2 minutes from our house.

A bike path parallel to the road connects both municipalities, so it is very easy to reach the city center by bike or by taking a walk.

Our farmhouse is the perfect place for those who want to spend a few days in Aranda de Duero or surroundings, either to enjoy your cultural and gastronomic offer or for work, and also for all those who want to check out the wine-tourism offer of the Ribera del Duero, being in a central area and perfectly connected.

Opened in 2012, it has all the comforts of a modern establishment and the charm of rural surroundings. It is adapted for people with reduced mobility. It has 7 rooms, 4 of them with double bed and 3 with two beds. All rooms have a separate bathroom. The common area has a TV and toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen at guests' disposal.

We have guides and tourist material in the area, so you can plan your visit and enjoy visits to wineries and wine tastings, hiking or cycling routes, cultural and historical routes, visits to museums, etc.
