This rural house located in Tubilla del Lago (Burgos), has capacity for 12 people and is very welcoming for families with children or for groups of friends who want to meet.

All rooms in the house are spacious and bright and consist of:

• 5 bedrooms (2 double, 2 double and 1 quadruple).
• 3 bathrooms: one with huge bathtub, another with hydromassage shower and another with shower.
• Swimming pool.
• Garden with sandpit and swings for children.
• Picnic area with barbecue.
• Living room with fireplace (we leave firewood), sofas, TV and library.
• Games room with billiards, table football.
• Dining room.
• Porch.
• Heating.
• Free wifi.
• Parking within the same estate.
• Kitchen with all modern comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, small appliances (toaster, juicer, mixer...) and the necessary utensils to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

In addition to hiking trails and wine tourism activities, in the coastal village of Tubilla del Lago you can visit:

• the Kotarr speed circuit, where you can rent go-karts and book driving lesson
• the craft workshop Artencueropilar.

The village, Tubilla del Lago, has butchery, supermarket, bakery and two bars, open all weekends. If you want to delight yourself with roasted milk in a wood-burning oven and typical local products, you can enjoy them in the farmhouse without having to travel.
