The Wine Interpretation Center (CIAVIN), located in an 18th-century building, helps us discover the historical legacy that wine culture has imprinted in the Ribera del Duero region. In the underground areas of the city center, large wine harvests have been stored since the Middle Ages, with 135 wineries still preserved today.

The "Bodega de las Ánimas" has been conceived as a museum space, where through the recreation of various scenes, it helps us understand and appreciate the work that was done in past times to make and produce wine.
