Between Pesquera de Duero and Curiel, we approach Las Pinzas, large cavities sculpted by our beloved Duero, and by man for two million years. Their history and origin say that they were large rooms in prehistoric times for the neighboring populations, but others confirm that they were shelters for hermits who sought the peace and tranquility of the mountains, or also rooms for nomads or plaster miners at certain times.
