The third generation of the Moro Family has created the second Grupo Emilio Moro Winery: Bodegas Cepa 21.

The name of the winery combines tradition (cepa means stock in Spanish) and innovation (hence the reference to the 21st century). Their Hito Rosado, Hito, Cepa 21 and Malabrigo wines stake their reputation on the grape.

The building that houses Bodegas Cepa 21 was inaugurated on 21 June 2007 and was created to ensure wine quality and to promote wine tourism.

Equipped with cutting-edge technology, the building was designed to achieve a thoroughly efficient winemaking process, using a range of technical innovations to meticulously supervise each and every stage.

The CEPA 21 winery welcomes organised tours, which include discovering its modern facilities and how its wine is made as well as a tasting. They last about an hour, depending on the number of people making up the group.
