Museum of Sacred Art in the oldest church in Aranda, San Juan Bautista, a 14th-century Gothic structure with Romanesque remnants from the previous building. Inside, it houses carvings, sculptures, important altarpieces, monstrances, processional crosses, and paintings. The Chapel of the Calderonas stands out, featuring the tomb of Juan de Aranda, Prior of Roa, and its magnificent Hispano-Flemish altarpiece. The baptismal chapel is located at the center of the Romanesque tower wall, opened by the Cantabrian master Juan de Naveda around 1570. The first baptismal register from that time is also preserved and on display.
