La Horra is a population with a long tradition in wine production. Already in the nineteenth century, according to some writings, 100,000 jars (1,600,000L) of wine were produced per year. A dozen wineries still bear the weight of that tradition. Its Wine Museum, its Town Hall and the Church of the Assumption (work of Ondátegui, collaborator of the Chapel of Santa Tecla in the Cathedral of Burgos) are worth visiting.Demonym of La Horra: Horrenses.
