La Fonda del Prado is a small family business based on two pillars: its farm and its kitchen.

  • Bird farm, reared outdoors with the best food and without haste.
  • Traditional cuisine, stews and pickles, which are then canned for sale, or can also be taken freshly cooked and even be tasted in the small annex dining room, with prior reservation.
